The Fuel Cell Review, the bimonthly international publication covering hydrogen and fuel-cell technologies, is to cease publication with immediate effect.
IOP Publishing, the publisher of The Fuel Cell Review, cites "a combination of tough advertising conditions in the fuel-cell market and a strategic realignment of its print and online publishing activities" as the basis for the decision.
Existing institutional and individual subscribers to the publication will be refunded any outstanding monies in January 2007. Advertisers will be similarly reimbursed for any unpublished slots that have been pre-paid. Unpublished advertisements will simply not be invoiced. For any refund enquiries please send an e-mail to fcr@iop.org.
Launched in June 2004, The Fuel Cell Review provided in-depth analysis and commentary on innovation, technology transfer and business development in the hydrogen and fuel-cell industry.
For any external parties interested in acquiring The Fuel Cell Review brand and content archive, please refer enquiries in the first instance to Mike Bray, finance director (mike.bray@iop.org).
